The Faculty of Social Sciences, represented by the Dean Prof.Dr. Ass. Ferdi Kamberi has signed today an agreement of cooperation with Terre des Hommes Lausanne in Kosovo, represented by the Mr. Pajtim Zeqiri, Head of the TD Office in Kosovo.

This agreement of cooperation strengthens further the partnership between the Faculty of the Social Sciences and Civic Society Organizations, which aims the mutual engagement for the implementation of common activities in the child protection field, justice for minors, as well as migration and anti-traffication with human beings.

In addition, the cooperating initiative aims: the mutual support for the realization of activities which lead in the development of the social and human sciences, enable the exchange of experiences, academic publications, acquired texts by the academic staff members and scientific collaborators, the availability of the scientific literature for the academic staff and scientific collaborators of the partner organization with the aim of activities with mutual interest and for students, then the Exchange of staff and scholars for research, informing and lecturing-Alumni, study and application in mutual projects. Likewise, the agreement foresees also the development of the students’ practice in the organization Terre des Hommes in Prishtina, or in the cities where organization operates, the establishment of a wide communication network, as well as the organization of mutual scientific conferences, symposiums, academic forums, seminars, open lectures and trainings.

The cooperation agreement is a continuation of the collaborations of the Faculty of Social Sciences with public institutions, non-governmental organizations and other partners.
