Shkodra, 14 November 2025 Prof. Ass. Dr. Ferdi Kamberi, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, represented the “Fehmi Agani” University at the International Scientific Conference on the topic “Development in Turbulent Times”, held in Shkodra.

With 180 scientific papers, 275 authors and contributors from four continents, this conference has reached its 20th anniversary of its organization. Over the past two decades, it has been held in various cities such as: Prishtina, Mitrovica, Gjilan, Prizren, Durrës, Tirana, Vlorë, Korçë, and in 2026 it will also be held in Gjakova, affirming itself as an important platform for regional, national and international scientific cooperation.

During the closing ceremony, Dean Kamberi accepted the ‘Battle’ for the organization of the next edition of the International Scientific Conference which will be held at the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova. This conference will be organized in cooperation with the Albanian Institute of Sociology – ISA and other partner institutions.
