Within the framework of cooperation with public institutions and non-governmental organizations, the Faculty of Social Sciences at the "Fehmi Agani" University in Gjakovë, represented by Dean Prof. Dr. Asst. Ferdi Kamberi and Vice Dean Prof. Asst. Dr. Sheriff Sejdiu signed a cooperation agreement with the Non-Governmental Organization "Activism Roots" based in Gjakovë, represented by Mr. Ideal Zhaveli – executive director.

This agreement means the formal partnership between the Faculty of Social Sciences and the NGO 'Activism Root's' in Gjakova, which aims at the joint commitment to promote access, conduct joint research and organize other initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive society for to protect equality and to protect social diversity.Further, the collaborative initiative aims at: mutual support for the realization of activities that lead to the development of social and human sciences, enable the exchange of experiences, academic publications, texts, etc., carried out by members of the academic staff and their scientific collaborators, making the scientific literature of each of the institutions/organizations available to the academic staff and scientific collaborators of the partner institution for the purposes of activities of common interest and for students,exchanges of staff, researchers and students, the development of student practice in the spaces of the Non-Governmental Organization Activism Roots, the creation of a wide communication network, including members of the academic staff and scientific collaborators of these institutions, professionals of social services and activities of other important ones.

This Cooperation Memorandum is the continuation of the collaborations of the Faculty of Social Sciences with public institutions, non-governmental organizations and other partners.
