On September 8, 2025, at “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, a follow-up meeting of the working group for the amendment and supplementation of the Regulation on Quality Assurance and Evaluation was held. This regulation is a key document for the functioning and internal development of quality within our institution.

The agenda included:

1. Discussion of the comments already added to the document;
2. New comments regarding aspects of the regulation that require amendment/supplementation;
3. Setting deadlines that must be met leading up to the approval of the Regulation;

Participants in the meeting: the Vice-Rector for Academic Development and Quality Assurance and Vice-Rector for Research and Scientific Research, the Deans of the Faculty of Education, Philology, and Education, the Quality Coordinators of the Faculty of Philology and Social Sciences, the Acting Head of the Office for Quality Assurance, and a representative from the Legal Office.
The meeting was held in person in the Senate Hall, starting at 10:30 AM.

During the meeting, all comments provided in the document shared via Google Drive by all members were discussed, and new comments and suggestions related to various points of the regulation were added.
Participants agreed that the next meeting would focus on discussing Article 25 of the current regulation, which sets the evaluation criteria divided by percentage. Until then, all working group members will review the regulation and bring forward their respective recommendations.
