On behalf of myself and the management of the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, I would like to convey my best wishes to you on this significant day of the Flag and Independence of Albania. This magnificent day reminds us of the long path of sacrifice and vision of those who built the foundations of our national freedom. November 28 invites us to reflect on the obligation we have to strengthen education, culture and social development, seeing knowledge as the most powerful tool for progress.
