Women’s Rights in Focus: Open Lecture at University “Fehmi Agani” Raises Discussion on Domestic Violence and Property Rights

As part of the course “Legal Framework for the Provision of Social Services,” the Faculty of Social Sciences at University “Fehmi Agani” hosted an open lecture titled “Legal Protection of Women: Property Rights, Domestic Violence and the Standards of the Istanbul Convention,” delivered by jurist and social services professional Arbnore Shehu Bunjaku.
Students and professors of the faculty attended the activity and had the opportunity to follow an interactive discussion on the legal protection of women, property rights, domestic violence, and the international standards defined by the Istanbul Convention.
The lecture was characterized by active conversation, questions, and discussions following the presentation, encouraging reflection and exchange of ideas regarding the social and legal challenges related to the protection of women’s rights.
The activity was organized by Ass. (PhD) Emirjeta Kumnova in coordination with the students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and represents a continuation of social activities within the framework of the faculty’s strategic plan.
