On 10.04.2025, in the room of the Senate in the Rectorat building was held the meeting of the Central Committee for Quality Assurance.Present in the meeting were:

1.Prof.Ass.Dr. Kaltrina Kusari-Vice-rector for Academic Development and Quality Increase and Vice-Rector for Research and Scientific Work;
2.Prof.Ass.Dr. Petrit Duraj-Professor in the Faculty of Philology (online);
3.Qendresa Bardhoshi- a.d Head of the Quality Assurance Office;
4.Abedin Sadrija-Head of the Academic Affairs Office;
5.Albion Rexhaj-Representative of the Student Parliament (online).

In the meeting were discussed the following points of the agenda:

• Approval of the minutes from the last meeting;
• New approvals of the questionnaires for the academic staff evaluation;
• Discussion around the update of the questionnaire versions for the questionnaire regarding exercise, alumni, graduation, administration and employers;
• Discussion for the plan of activities and questionnaires for the graduation process;
• Plan for the review of quality assurance regulation;

Likewise, during the meeting were discussed other important points as well which are related to the progress of the quality assurance process in our University. The discussions were focused also in the activities of April in the Quality Assurance Office. An important part of planning the activities for April was also the commencement of the campaign for the increase of awareness of students regarding the process of filling the questionnaires.
