First-year students of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova, accompanied by Prof. Asst. Dr. Sherif Sejdiu, as part of the subject Professional practice in institutions, visited the Regional Employment Office in Gjakova, where they were hosted by the director Mr. Kujtim Dula.

Mr. Dula informed the students about the progress of work in this institution, the activities and projects within the Employment Office, as well as about the activities held by the Employment Agency in the Republic of Kosovo. He then, spoke about the process of registering the unemployed, about career counseling. Mr. Dula also explained about the referrals for the unemployed to the QAP (Professional Training Center), as well as the professions offered by this center. In addition, the students were informed about the on-the-job training, internships offered at this center, etc.

One of the interactive topics with the students was the website recently released by the Government of Kosovo "Superpuna" where employment opportunities have been created for unemployed people who appear at the Regional Employment Office.

It is worth noting that all services are free of charge at the Employment Office.

Prof. Asst. Dr. Sherif Sejdiu, on behalf of himself, the students and the University "Fehmi Agani", Faculty of Social Sciences, thanked the director Mr. Kujtim Dula for the cooperation they have had with the Employment Office for several years now, for the reception at the visit today, and for all the information he shared with the students.
